Company Contact Fairs
Under the slogan "Meeting point for students and practice", the 21st company contact fair of Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences will take place on May 15, 2024. Employers will have the opportunity to approach students on our campus and get them interested. Students from all disciplines are invited to talk to professionals from the companies and find out about their options and opportunities on the job market.

We are delighted to be hosting our company contact fair on campus so that you, dear students, can make personal contact with your future employers.
Come by the Herrenkrug campus and talk to recruiters and employees at the company booths about potential opportunities.
This year, innovative employers from the fields of construction, business, industry, engineering, media and social and healthcare will once again be presenting themselves. They will be presenting their offers for internships, part-time jobs, thesis-topics and permanent positions.
All interested parties from all disciplines have the opportunity to get in touch with employees from the HR and specialist departments through individual discussions and to find out about specific career starts and specialist requirements.

If you are unable to attend the company contact fair, we will still give you the opportunity to present yourself as an employer. You have the chance to place an individual ad in our trade fair catalog. You will find the relevant information in the "Application form" on page 1.

Alumni Reception at the Company Contact Fair
For the first time, you, as an employer, can indicate in the "Fair catalog p.3" form whether your participating representatives are graduates of our university.
With this information, we would like to increase the identification of our students with your company and lower the inhibition threshold on the part of the students to actively approach your representatives at the fair. In order to achieve this, all graduates will receive an identification symbol on the day of the event, which will allow students to recognize them as alumni.
The Alumni-Management will probably hold a small reception during the fair and conduct alumni interviews beforehand. Both formats are planned for your stand supervisors who are graduates of our university.
If your employees would like to start networking now, they are welcome to register in our alumni network and contact our Alumni Manager Ulrike Marquardt (alumni@h2.de).

Company Contact Fair 2023

Under the slogan "Students meet employers", Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences organized its 19th company contact fair on 18 May. After months of preparation, we were delighted to once again welcome more than 60 companies, organizations and associations digitally. Interested parties were able to network with employers in real time via an online exhibition stand. The companies also presented themselves to visitors in exciting presentations.
Company Contact Fair 2021
Under the motto "Students meet business", Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences hosted its 17th company contact fair on June 12. After months of preparation, we were delighted to welcome 92 companies, organizations and associations. More than 750 visitors took the opportunity to introduce themselves as future highly qualified specialists. The companies also presented themselves in the context of exciting lectures or the Science Talk, which took place for the first time.
Finally back on campus! The 20th company contact fair of Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences took place on May 10, 2023 on the campus in Magdeburg. Employers and students met again in person to exchange ideas. With a new, open concept and a view of the green campus, 52 exhibitors presented themselves. Around 650 students gained an insight into corporate cultures in one-to-one discussions in the tents, at the application portfolio check or at the Science Talk. What a success!
Company Contact Fair 2022
51 companies, organizations and associations presented themselves at the company contact fair, which was held digitally for the first time. On May 18 and 19, around 300 visitors used the virtual exhibition booths of the specially acquired fair app to exchange ideas with current employees from the fields of construction and engineering, business, administration and social and healthcare services. Free application portfolio checks, workshops and presentations on starting a career as well as a job wall with current vacancies were also available.
