Enrolment and Examination Office

The Enrolment and Examination Office are part of the Department for Study and International Affairs and are the central points of contact for students of and applicants to Magdeburg-Stendal University of Applied Sciences. Assistance is available regarding all matters pertaining to enrolment and examinations.

Responsibilities of the Enrolment Office
  • Applications, admissions, enrolments
  • Selection procedure for programmes with admission restrictions (NC)
  • Change of programme / enrolment in a higher semester
  • Re-registration
  • Change of name or address
  • Visiting student status
  • Exchange students
  • Part-time studies
  • Leaves of absence
  • Registering for maternity leave
  • Payment of tuition fees for continuing education programmes
  • De-registration
  • Statistical surveys
Responsibilities of the Examination Office
  • Processing of examination matters for all degree programmes
  • Checking and entering examination data
  • Review of admission requirements
  • Reports to the BaföG Office
  • Clarification of legal questions in examination matters
  • Issuing state recognitions
  • Issuing Bachelor's and Master's certificates and diplomas

Re-registration

Students can re-register for the forthcoming semester by paying the semester fee.
